We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Finance Director to lead financial operations, drive funding initiatives, and shape long-term financial planning in a high-growth environment. This is a pivotal role for a commercially minded finance leader passionate about innovation and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities :

Developing and implementing strategies for securing and managing debt financing, including loans, bonds, or other forms of borrowing.
Evaluating the cost of debt and negotiating favorable terms with lenders.
Managing debt covenants and ensuring compliance with loan agreements.
Monitoring debt levels and repayment schedules.
Exploring opportunities for refinancing existing debt to optimize costs and terms.

Bank Relationships :

Building and maintaining strong relationships with banks and other financial institutions.

Managing banking relationships for day-to-day operations, such as cash management, payments, and account maintenance.

Negotiating terms for banking services, including fees, interest rates, and credit lines.

Ensuring compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.

Acting as the primary point of contact for banks on financial matters.

Financial Planning and Analysis :

Developing and managing the company's budget and financial forecasts.

Analyzing financial performance and identifying areas for improvement.

Preparing financial reports for management and stakeholders.

Conducting financial modeling and scenario planning.

Identifying and assessing financial risks, including those related to debt and banking relationships.

Developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies.

Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.

Strategic Leadership :

Providing financial leadership and guidance to the management team.

Contributing to the development and implementation of the company's overall financial strategy.

Recommending and implementing financial policies and procedures.

Leading and managing the finance team.

Required Skills :

Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting, and financial regulations.

Experience in debt financing and bank relationship management.

Proficiency in financial modeling and reporting software.

Strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.

Ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
