Job Summary :

We are looking for a Network & Systems Engineer with a strong focus on network infrastructure to join our team. In this role, you will directly engage with clients, manage vendors, and support the design, implementation, and maintenance of network solutions. You will be responsible for analysing business requirements, ensuring network performance, and coordinating with vendors to deliver reliable IT services. This role is ideal for candidates with 1–3 years of experience in system / network analysis or engineering.

Job Description :

1. Systems Administration & Support

• Analyze, configure, and support enterprise systems (ERP, Microsoft 365, SharePoint).
• Troubleshoot system / application issues and provide Level 2 / 3 support.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including workflows, network diagrams, and system configurations.
• Provide end-user training and post-implementation support.
