Roles & Responsibilities
- Support ongoing technical projects and ensure clients receive timely and effective assistance.
- Plan, track, and manage project activities, schedules, and resources to ensure on-time delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to meet project goals and resolve issues quickly.
- Monitor project costs, prepare status reports, and ensure quality standards and customer requirements are met.
- Maintain detailed project documentation and communicate updates to management regularly.
Requirements :
Degree in IT or Cybersecurity, with certifications like CAPM, PMP, Scrum, CCNA, or ITIL v3 .At least 2 years of experience in IT project management with a customer-focused and proactive approach.Strong communication skills with the ability to explain IT technologies and processes clearly.Ability to manage small to mid-sized IT projects, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed effectively.If you are keen to apply for the position, kindly email your detailed resume in MS Word to hr@recruit-expert.com
