Technical Product Manager (AI & Agents)

We are looking for a Lead Technical Product Manager who understands that "AI". In this role, you will be the primary translator between business stakeholders and the engineering team. You will drive requirements gathering, ensuring that vague business goals are converted into sharp, technical specifications that our AI Engineers can actually build. You are responsible for the "Why" and the "What" of our Agentic AI product.

Key Responsibilities

• AI-Specific Requirements Gathering : Translate high-level business goals into detailed functional specifications, specifically defining system prompts, context windows, and agent boundaries.
• Roadmap & Strategy : Own the product lifecycle from conception to launch, prioritizing features based on technical feasibility and business impact.
• Gap Analysis : Act as the translation layer; ensure the limitations of current LLMs (hallucinations, token limits) are accounted for in the product design before code is written.
• Performance Metrics : Define success beyond "it works"—establish KPIs for response accuracy, latency, token cost efficiency, and user satisfaction.
• Stakeholder Management : Manage expectations regarding AI capabilities, educating non-technical teams on what is feasible versus what is science fiction.
