Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Site Supervisor to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing site operations, coordinating with contractors and in-house teams, and ensuring all works are carried out to the highest quality standards within schedule.

Responsibilities :

• Assist the Manager in the daily execution of site works.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of contractors and in-house workers.
• Work closely with site operations staff to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Ensure all installations and works are executed in accordance with construction drawings and project specifications.
• Monitor progress, workmanship, and quality of work on site.
• Conduct and participate in daily toolbox meetings, providing clear instructions to workers.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements, safety standards, and scope of work.
