Strategic Leadership & Planning

Define the vision, strategy, and growth roadmap for the pillar in alignment with SMU Academy's overall objectives.

Identify emerging trends, skill gaps, and opportunities in the market to guide programme development.

Programme Development & Delivery

Oversee the design, development, and enhancement of high-quality, industry-relevant programmes.

• Ensure curricula incorporate cutting-edge research, industry practices, and innovative learning methodologies.

Maintain high standards of academic quality.

Stakeholder & Partnership Engagement

Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners, industry bodies, government agencies, and other stakeholders.

Collaborate with SMU faculty, adjunct trainers, and external experts to deliver impactful learning experiences.

Operational & People Management

Manage the pillar's team, fostering a high-performance, collaborative, and innovative culture.

Monitor programme performance and market impact to drive continuous improvement.

Any other duties as assigned.
