Identify emerging trends, skill gaps, and opportunities in the market to guide programme development.
Programme Development & Delivery
Oversee the design, development, and enhancement of high-quality, industry-relevant programmes.
Maintain high standards of academic quality.
Stakeholder & Partnership Engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners, industry bodies, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
Collaborate with SMU faculty, adjunct trainers, and external experts to deliver impactful learning experiences.
Operational & People Management
Manage the pillar's team, fostering a high-performance, collaborative, and innovative culture.
Monitor programme performance and market impact to drive continuous improvement.
Any other duties as assigned.
