A well-established law firm is currently seeking a highly skilled and committed Senior Litigation Lawyer to join its dynamic legal team. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced litigation lawyer to work on high-value and complex cases in a collaborative and intellectually stimulating environment.

As a key member of the litigation team, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of contentious matters. The role involves providing strategic and practical legal advice to a broad range of clients, preparing and reviewing legal documents, developing case strategies, and taking a lead role in trial preparation and representation in both negotiations and court proceedings.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and oversee a caseload of litigation files from initiation to resolution
• Provide clear, commercially sound legal advice to clients on complex disputes
• Draft pleadings, affidavits, legal opinions, and other court documents with precision
• Represent clients effectively in negotiations, mediations, and court hearings
• Collaborate closely with partners and team members to develop case strategy and drive outcomes
• Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation, case law, and legal trends
