High earning potential : $80K–$100K++ in Year 1 (Basic Salary + Allowance + Incentives)
No Experience : $3,600-$3,800 Basic + $300 Monthly AllowanceBankers or Financial Sales Executives : $4,000-$5,000 Basic + $300 Monthly Allowance + Sign-On BonusIncentives : around $10,000 in Quarterly Incentives for achieving 100% of Monthly Target, with UNCAPPED limits for overachievementResponsibilities
Serve Branch walk-in Clients and / or Tele-prospect Assigned Clients from the Bank’s expansive database
Assigned to a specific branch (for Walk-ins) or Team / Regional Office (for Tele-prospecting)
Conduct Financial Profiling to understand client needs and goalsProvide Wealth Management solutions across Protection, Accumulation, Retirement, Investment, and other banking products / servicesClose cases to achieve monthly KPI and Revenue Targets and unlock CommissionsCollaborate with product experts and use digital tools to deliver quality serviceEnsure compliance with regulatory standards (training provided)Requirements
Minimum age 21 + Local Diploma, or any Degree (per MAS requirements)
Part-time Private Diplomas (e.g. Kaplan, MDIS, PSB , etc.) generally do not meet requirements.
