Role Overview
You will own the end-to-end learning journey—from analysing client needs and designing curriculum to facilitating live workshops and assessing learner competence. The ideal candidate pairs real-world leadership experience with proven classroom presence and a passion for empowering others.Key Responsibilities (copy-friendly bullets)
Translate business outcomes into clear learning objectives and WSQ-aligned assessmentsDesign lesson plans, case studies, simulations, and slide decks for all five course topicsFacilitate engaging, interactive workshops in person and via Zoom / Teams, using role-plays, crisis drills, and flipped-classroom techniquesCreate a psychologically safe environment that encourages open discussion and inclusive participationProvide formative feedback, conduct oral recovery or reassessment sessions, and track learner progress in the LMSCollect Kirkpatrick Level 1-3 evaluation data, analyse insights, and refine content for continuous improvementLiaise with corporate clients, curriculum managers, and SSG auditors to ensure compliance and outstanding learner experienceKeep course content current with Singapore Employment Act updates and industry best practicesRequirements (Must-Have)
Professional Expertise : ≥ 5 years in a supervisory, HRBP, operations-lead, or crisis-management role; hands-on conflict / crisis resolution experience; proven team-lead or coaching backgroundTraining Credentials : ACTA / ACLP (or higher : DACE / DDDLP); 100 + hours facilitating adult workshops or corporate trainingCore Competencies : strong critical-thinking frameworks (e.g., 5 Whys, MECE); confident public speaker with polished slide-deck design skills; proficiency with Zoom / Teams, LMS platforms, and collaborative whiteboardsEducation : Bachelor’s in HR, Business, Psychology, Organisational Behaviour, or related fieldSoft Skills : empathetic leadership, calm under pressure, analytical rigour, engaging storytellingNice-to-Have
Mediation or negotiation certification (e.g., SMC Mediator, C-CERT, Psychological First Aid)Experience with Articulate Storyline, Captivate, or Miro for digital content creationFamiliarity with Kirkpatrick evaluation methodology or similar ROI frameworksMaster’s degree in a relevant disciplineWhat We Offer
