Roles & Responsibilities

East Central : 9.30am - 6.30pm (Mon - Fri)

Attractive quarterly commission

Key Responsibilities :

Account Management & Business Development

Assist in managing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
Participate in client meetings, gather requirements, and coordinate with internal teams to propose suitable solutions.

Sales & Technical Support

Understand and communicate AIoT solutions to clients with confidence.

Work alongside the pre-sales team to prepare proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations.

Stay updated on product knowledge and new industry trends related to smart buildings, AI, and IoT.

Marketing Support

Help plan and execute digital marketing activities, including content creation, social media campaigns, email marketing, and event coordination.

Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive insights.

Track and report marketing campaign performance using analytics tools.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience : 1–2 years of working experience in a sales, marketing, or technical support role. Internships or project experience in relevant industries are also considered.

Technical Mindset : Interest or exposure to technologies like AI, IoT, smart buildings, or automation systems.

Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication in English. Able to present ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Team Player : Willingness to learn and collaborate across departments.

Proactive Attitude : Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to take initiative.
