Working Venue
- 5 day work week
- Near MRT (Tai Seng)
- Handle the processing of quotations, purchase orders, and sales orders.
- Ensure timely delivery for both internal stakeholders and external customers by coordinating with customers, vendors, stakeholders to meet delivery requirements.
- Manage and negotiate delivery schedules to ensure they align with customer expectations.
- Oversee inventory management, including tracking stock levels and movement.
- Update and maintain pricing.
- Organize and maintain a comprehensive documentation filing system.
- Address inquiries from customers and business partners effectively.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, stakeholders.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements :
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experienceProficient in MS OfficeGood time management skills, ability to meet deadlines, and strong attention to detailGood team player with the ability to work independently.2. SKILLS
