Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

Working Venue

  • 5 day work week
  • Near MRT (Tai Seng)
  • Handle the processing of quotations, purchase orders, and sales orders.
  • Ensure timely delivery for both internal stakeholders and external customers by coordinating with customers, vendors, stakeholders to meet delivery requirements.
  • Manage and negotiate delivery schedules to ensure they align with customer expectations.
  • Oversee inventory management, including tracking stock levels and movement.
  • Update and maintain pricing.
  • Organize and maintain a comprehensive documentation filing system.
  • Address inquiries from customers and business partners effectively.
  • Maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, stakeholders.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements :

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Good time management skills, ability to meet deadlines, and strong attention to detail
  • Good team player with the ability to work independently.
