Roles & Responsibilities

Job responsibilities :

• Overall control, successful site management for implementation and completion of the project to Employer's requirement.
• Ensure that all site staffs and operatives are fully conversant with requirement of the specification and quality standard required in the Contract.
• Coordination and maintain the sound relationship with All Departments to achieve good progress of works.
• Recommend or provide solutions to problems that arise during the construction process through designated channels.
• Ensure that progress of construction works is under control. Management with all the sub-contractors involved in the Project.
• Preparation & overall review of Detailed Working Programme.
• Monitor & control the Master Programme on work site.
• Recommendation for termination of sub-contractor who does not perform well as per the contract.
• Ensure Employer's complaints are handled promptly with corrective action (incl. work stop order).
• Sub-contractor's payment control as per the progress.
• In charge of coordinating site related matters, the operations manager is to coordinate and command the following departments
