Continuing focus on strengthening customer service process to improve customer satifaction.
Developing keys staffs throught traiming / coaching / mentoring to enhance their performance with their competencies.

Analse the business market, aligning with the business developments and sales goals of the company.
Creating strategy plans, preparation and performance of sales.
Analyse data and propose key solutions to the Managements.
Gather, compile, analyse and utilize market intelligence to support and facilitate business decision.
Perform and maintain networking with potential and existing business clients.
Effectively track and report sales progress to the Management.
