About the Role

Our client is a rapidly scaling Web3 organization transforming how digital assets power the financial ecosystem. They have achieved over 20,000 BTC staked , more than US$2.6 billion in total value locked (TVL) , and serve a global community of over 1 million users .

They are seeking a Finance Associate / Analyst to support their fast-growing financial operations. This role plays a critical part in transforming digital assets into yield-generating instruments and integrating them into the broader financial ecosystem — enabling sustainable growth, innovation, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal standards.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial projections for strategic planning.
• Assist in cash flow analysis and capital allocation planning.
• Conduct financial analysis and generate actionable insights to support decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., HR, Operations, Product) and external partners to align financial goals with business objectives.
