Overview : The team plays a crucial role in creating efficiency and scalability, supporting publisher monetization and platform solutions. This team centralizes operational activities, allowing the Global sales teams to focus on client-specific tasks.

Description of the Role : We seek innovative and organized individuals to handle large volumes of operational sales activities, including implementation, optimization, and reporting. This role will support the Global sales team and publishers worldwide through email systems and interaction in a cross-functional work environment.

Core Tasks :

• Structure data sets to launch a new sales optimization process.
• Perform large-scale data analysis to identify trends and efficiency opportunities.
• Support implementation and optimization for the client's Programmatic monetization and Platform solutions.
• Assist sales users through email customer service tools.
• Troubleshoot account issues and provide account administration support.
• Contribute to automation efforts and offer solutions to increase operational efficiencies.
• Perform other administrative and operational tasks, such as creating reports, presentations, and communicating with stakeholders.
