Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Location : Central Area, Near to Mrt
  • Working hour : Mon - Fri, 8.30am-6pm
  • AWS + VB

Job Description :

  • Handle daily import and transshipment operations for sea freight and airfreight
  • Communicate with vendors, shipping lines, customers, and overseas agents via email and phone
  • Manage customer and agent enquiries, including providing quotations
  • Prepare, process, and ensure accuracy of all shipping documents
  • Coordinate with warehouse and transport teams to ensure smooth delivery of goods
  • Prepare and issue invoices within deadlines
  • Support management with other ad-hoc duties as assigned
