Business Solutions Expert

The Business Solutions Expert will be involved in the entire software development life cycle, from project initiation through requirements analysis, application development, implementation, maintenance, and post-implementation review.

Liaise extensively with clients and vendors;
Lead requirements discussions and design thinking sessions to ensure functional specifications feasibility;
Translate users' requirements into technical solutions and use cases.

This role covers :

Present and communicate functional requirements to technical teams and ensure system meets functional and system requirements;

Develop documentation such as functional specification, enterprise architecture, data management framework, interfacing, infrastructure requirements, data migration approach etc. Work closely with customers to review and sign off on documentation;

Create test plans, cases, and results, and trace to requirements to ensure comprehensive test coverage. Measure test results against the customers' required outcome;

Perform functional and backend testing, review results and logs, resolve test issues, and ensure application quality;

Troubleshoot system problems faced by the project team, customers, and followed up till resolution;

Analyze change impact on customers' requests in a change management lifecycle.
