Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic support to individuals, families, and youth, with a special focus on issues to do with sexuality, gender, problematic or compulsive sexual desires and / or behaviour, and emotional, developmental, and sexual trauma.
• Work with a significant percentage of male clients.
• Conduct intake assessments, risk evaluations, and develop personalised intervention plans.
• Lead group programs, psychoeducation sessions, and outreach initiatives on human sexuality and relationship health.
• Collaborate with schools, parents, and community organisations.
• Maintain accurate, confidential case documentation and participate in clinical supervision.
• Support research, program development, and grant reporting as needed.
