We need Company Director with below requirements;

• Develop and lead the overall marketing strategy aligned with company goals and market dynamics.
• Set departmental objectives, KPIs, and long-term vision for brand growth and market penetration.
• Act as the strategic marketing advisor to the executive leadership team.
• Define and elevate brand identity, tone, and positioning across all markets.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and regions.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and performance of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, media, and events.
• Direct market research initiatives to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive positioning.
• Use insights and data analytics to inform strategy, product development, and go-to-market plans.
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team.
• Set performance objectives and guide career development of team members.
• Develop and manage the marketing department budget.
• Allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI on campaigns and initiatives.
• Evaluate agency partnerships and ensure cost-effective outsourcing.
• Manage high-level communications, PR strategies, and crisis communication plans.
• Serve as the company’s brand ambassador at public events, media appearances, and industry forums.
