B2B Sales Development 业务拓展与销售
Drive B2B sales of TCM / CPM products across TCM clinics and medical halls (traditional trade channels) .
推动中药 / 中成药在中医诊所与药材店(传统渠道)的 B2B 销售。
Identify new business opportunities, build sales pipelines, and secure partnerships with key clinic groups, medical halls, and distributors.
识别新的商机,建立销售渠道,并与主要诊所集团、药材店及经销商建立合作关系。
Maintain and grow existing customer accounts through strong relationship management and follow-ups.
通过良好的关系管理和持续跟进,维护并拓展现有客户资源。
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
完成或超越每月及季度销售目标。
Account & Territory Management 客户与区域管理
Develop and implement territory sales plans to maximize coverage of TCM clinics and medical halls.
制定并执行区域销售计划,提升诊所与药材店的市场覆盖率和增长。
Regularly visit accounts to understand needs, resolve issues, and align with brand objectives.
定期拜访客户,了解需求,解决问题,并确保符合品牌目标。
Product Promotion & Customer Engagement 产品推广与客户服务
Promote TCM / CPM products through product knowledge, recommendations, and sales solutions tailored to clinic and medical hall customers.
通过产品知识分享、个性化建议和销售方案,向诊所与药材店客户推广中成药及保健品。
Conduct product training sessions for key partners to enhance product knowledge and sales capability.
为重要客户开展产品培训,提升产品认知和销售能力。
Address inquiries, provide after-sales support, and build strong customer relationships.
解答客户咨询,提供售后支持,建立稳固的客户关系。
Reporting & Insights 报告与市场洞察
Prepare timely reports on sales performance, market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities within the clinic and medical hall channels.
准备并提交诊所与药材店渠道的销售业绩、市场趋势、客户反馈及竞争对手动态报告。
Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales strategies and execution.
提出优化销售策略和执行的建议。
Ad Hoc Support 临时支援
Job Requirements 职位要求
GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Level Certificate, or equivalent.
GCE ‘N’ 或 ‘O’ 水准证书或同等学历。
Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in TCM granules, CPM products, or related industries, with strong hands-on experience in TCM clinic and medical hall channels (traditional trade).
至少 3–5 年销售经验,具备中成药、科学中药粉或相关行业背景,并在 中医诊所与药材店(传统渠道) 有丰富实操经验。
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
具备出色的谈判、沟通及人际交往能力。
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.

Detail-oriented with strong numerical accuracy.
注重细节,数字敏感度高。
Willing and able to travel frequently across Singapore.
