Job Description – Audit Assistant / Audit Associate
At JC Allianz & Co., we believe in building strong audit professionals through hands-on experience, mentorship, and continuous learning. You will assist in statutory audits, review financial statements, and ensure compliance with accounting and auditing standards.
Responsibilities include :
- Provide audit services to a portfolio of diversified companies across various industries.
- Perform external audit tasks including audit planning, fieldwork, and finalization of audit reports.
- Organize audit findings, highlight key issues, and report to the Audit Manager and Partner.
- Lead the audit team from the planning stage through to completion.
- Handle accounting assignments and other ad-hoc projects as assigned.
- Experience in handling group audits will be an added advantage.
Job Requirements :
Minimum Diploma in Accountancy and working towards ACCA or Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or related field.Minimum 1–2 years of experience in auditing practice.Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Office 365).Able to multi-task, work under pressure, and deliver quality work within tight deadlines.Fast learner with a willingness to acquire new skills.Diligent, independent, and self-motivated.
