Roles & Responsibilities

• Monitoring production processes and identifying areas for improvement.
• Addressing quality issues and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensuring compliance with medical device industry standards and regulations.
• Identifying opportunities to improve production processes and increase efficiency.
• Implementing lean manufacturing principles and other best practices.
• Encouraging a culture of continuous improvement within the production team.
• Utilizing data and metrics to drive process improvements.
• Managing the inventory of raw materials and consumer and tool supplies.
• Ensuring the optimal use of machinery and equipment.
• Coordinating maintenance and repair activities to minimize downtime.
• Developing and managing the production budget.
• Monitoring production costs and implementing cost-saving measures.
• Ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
• Communicating effectively with stakeholders, including senior management, and internal customers.
• Recruiting and retaining skilled production staff. Providing opportunities for professional growth and development.
• Promoting a culture of learning and skill development within the team.
• Implementing training programs to enhance team capabilities.
• Support top management’s overall operations and decision makings.
