Senior Leasing Manager (1 year contract)

Lendlease Singapore is currently searching for an experienced Senior Leasing Manager – Office Leasing (1 year contract role).

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;

• Leasing Strategy & Execution

Develop and implement leasing strategies to optimize occupancy and rental income.

Identify and secure suitable tenants through active prospecting and networking.

Manage a portfolio of office properties, ensuring high occupancy and rental yield.

Ensure leasing activities comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
