Job descriptionRegister patients and manage dispensing of medications, including stock checks. Prepare for blood tests, complete required forms, and process X-ray request forms. Maintain cleanliness of the clinic and ensure accurate record keeping. Handle GP insurance and CHAS claims. Answer phone calls and respond to patient queries via WhatsApp. Schedule and manage patient appointments. Assist the doctor with procedures, wound dressing, and other treatments. Perform autoclaving for instruments. Prepare and pack medications for dispensing. Provide administrative support and assist with any other ad hoc duties as required. Minimum GCE 'O' Level or relevant certificate in healthcare support or administration. Able to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and handle patients with empathy and professionalism. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and clinic management systems preferred. Some relevant experience would be advantageous.
