Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Serve as the main point of contact, greet and assist customers with product inquiries and recommendations.
- Manage sales transactions and process payments
- Restock shelves and ensure products are displayed attractively.
- Inventory management, including stocktaking and organising new stock.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and inviting store environment.
Requirements :
Prior work experience in retail or customer service is a plusStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAble to communicate in Chinese due to Chinese speaking customersCustomer-focused mindsetBasic computer skills for operating the POS systemAble to work in retail operation timings including weekends and public holidaysAble to work OT when requiredPassionate with snacks productsOther Information :
