Roles & Responsibilities

Looking for F&B Manager who is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of food and beverage operations, including budget management, team leadership, customer service, and compliance and safety regulations.

• . Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation / guideline
• . Assist in monitoring inventory levels, minimizing waste, and optimizing stock control
• . Contribute to menu planning, food preparation, and presentation to maintain quality standards
