Team Introduction

As a vital member of the SMB Product Growth team, this role requires close collaboration with product teams, in-market sales leadership and operations teams in a rapidly evolving environment. This role's key responsibility is to drive new advertiser growth through paid acquisition channels. Key skills for success include the ability to drive projects cross-functionally, manage several agencies to run day-to-day operations and think innovatively about how to grow the business with a product mindset. The ideal candidate understands how to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment and leverage data to identify and solve problems. Ideal candidates will possess experience in sales management, team leadership, working with media products, and familiarity with running large-scale B2B acquisition programs. Responsibilities : - Develop and execute growth strategies, responsible for SMB's new advertiser acquisition across APAC. - Collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data scientists, product operations, marketing, sales in APAC to launch new marketing capabilities, incentive strategies, and product strategies to meet new advertiser requirements and drive scalable growth. - Utilize data and customer research to identify problems and growth opportunities, develop effective growth strategies, clearly articulate new customer acquisition and retention KPIs and be accountable for results. - Explore and develop multi-channel strategies and innovative business models to promote advertiser acquisition - Manage acquisition budgets and utilize external paid media agencies to execute on initiatives - Help improve ROI of marketing spend through optimization of campaigns and channel management

Minimum qualifications - BA / BS degree - 5+ years in managing large scale campaigns across diversified channels (media-buying and performance ads strategy) - 3+ years working in enterprise B2B business - Good experience with a mix of work between hands-on execution and strategy. - Platform and tool independence - able to thrive using any platform, with deep understanding of the digital marketing fundamentals. - Deep understanding of growth & optimization, best practices such as A / B testing. - Experience working in APAC market and understanding regional nuances Preferred Qualification - Growth mindset and ability to thrive in ambiguity
