SabNewCo Pte. Ltd. is a wholly owned entity of SGX-listed Sabana Industrial REIT. SabNewCo will soon assume the role of the new internalised manager of Sabana Industrial REIT.

We are seeking a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager for the Investor Relations Team. Be part of a new and exciting team that shapes investors' perception, fosters trust, and builds confidence in the REIT.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing relations with the investment and media communities including shareholders, analysts, investors, media and other stakeholders
• Effectively communicate the strategic direction and financial performance of the company to investors
• Build the IR calendar and cadence (including but not limited to quarterly updates, organizing conferences, NDRs / roadshows, meetings and site visits etc)
• Prepare AGM / EGM investor communications and manage Q&A logistics
• Create and continuously refine investor materials (including but not limited to the updating of presentations, news releases, Q&A, factsheet corporate website content, corporate social media accounts and other corporate communication materials)
• Manage corporate website, affiliate websites and corporate social media accounts
• Assist in the development of annual report and sustainability report
• Monitor peer REITs, sector trends, credit markets, index changes and regulatory developments
• Conduct shareholder register analysis, identify ownership and execute investor targeting
