Job descriptionPossess relevant Certificates (e.g. Advanced Certificate in WSH) Minimum 3 years of working experience in tunneling from construction industry Familiar with the statutory requirements related to WSH Act and other aspect of safety 6 days' work week, 7am-7pm Able to work on weekend and public holidays if needs arise.
Responsibilities :
- Ensure compliance of operations with Workplace Safety and Health / Environmental Control regulations and statutory requirements
- Implements, monitor and maintain appropriate safety measurements in accordance with the Workplace Health and Safety Act
- Enforces all safety requirements and in-house safety rules and regulations
- Conducts regular site checks and takes appropriate corrective actions
- Conduct safety awareness training / programmers / initiatives
- Compiles all relevant reports and records and carry out daily safety inspection
- Other Ad-hoc duties assigned
