Responsibilities :

  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify new business opportunities and upsell / cross-sell company products or services.
  • Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
  • Monitor account performance and provide regular updates / reports.
  • Resolve client issues promptly and effectively.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.
  • Requirements :

  • Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in account management or sales preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients.
  • Results-driven with good negotiation skills.
