Position : B2C Marketing Intern
Key Responsibilities :
1. Social Media Account Management
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and publishing content across Supermoms social channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Monitor engagement and trends, and respond to comments or inquiries in a timely and brand-consistent tone
2. Content Curation & Creation
Support the creation of engaging visuals, short-form videos, and captions tailored for our parenting communityCurate relevant articles, user-generated content, or partner materials for social sharing3. Customer Experience
Assist in gathering user feedback and responding to parent queries with empathy and clarityHelp maintain a smooth customer journey across our digital touchpoints4. Event Activation
Support the planning and execution of both physical and virtual parenting events, workshops, and campaignsHelp coordinate logistics, liaise with vendors / partners, and provide on-ground or online event supportRequirements :
Passionate about digital marketing, and community engagement.Creative thinker with a good eye for design and contentFamiliar with social media platforms and basic content creation tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut)Detail-oriented, organized, and proactiveExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)Currently pursuing a diploma / degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related fields
