Responsibilities
Ensure smooth flow of shipment, timely and accurate preparation of shipping documentsPrepare full set of export shipping documents - invoice, packing list, B / L, certificate of origin, marine insurance certificate, other industrial certificatesCustom permit declarations for all export shipment and ensure compliance to all government requirementsLiaise with internal and external stakeholders ensuring that there is a good flow of information and updatesApply pre-shipment inspection when neededCoordinate shipment with local production and overseas suppliersEnsure compliance to customer’s standard operating proceduresMonitor payments accordingly to contractual payment term and company policyEnsure all sales are timely posted for accounts monthly closingRequirements
Diploma and above in Logistics / Supply ChainAt least 2 years of relevant experienceExperience in negotiating export L / C and handling collection bills will be an advantageMeticulous with a positive working attitudeGood interpersonal skills with ability to commit to timelinesTell employers what skills you have
