Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities :
- Support our customer in maintaining, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving issues related to IT infrastructure components.
- Execute installation, configuration, and upkeep of new software and hardware as part of customers’ project requirements.
- Carry out preventive maintenance to customer's IT infrastructure.
- Coordinate with principal vendors to manage and resolve complex support issues effectively.
- Manage inventory control and accurate documentation of IT systems and devices.
- Create and implement automation using open-source software to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills :
Relevant cyber-security or professional certifications are preferable.Prior experience in system administration, network administration, or cyber-security administration is advantageous.Demonstrated strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.Capability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple prioritiesWork Location : Mapletree Business City @ Pasir Panjang
