Production Manager (Precision / CNC)

Roles & Responsibilities

Our client is a listed company in Precision Manufacturing industry. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Production Manager to be part of their Project Team. They are located in the East Area - easily accessible.

Duties of Production Manager :

• Plan and manage production schedules to meet delivery timelines efficiently.
• Lead and motivate the production team to maintain safety, quality, and productivity.
• Ensure product quality meets precision engineering standards.
• Drive process improvements and cost-saving initiatives using Lean principles.
• Oversee machinery, materials, and resources for smooth operations.
• Enforce workplace safety and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project execution.
• Monitor KPIs and report production performance to management.
