Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description :
- Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for assigned business units to ensure smooth integration of new hires into the organization.
- Build and promote employee engagement, champion of employee and organisational change management and development activities.
- Establish strong & influential relationships with leaders and managers in your client group, provide sound advice, support and guidance aligned with HR & business strategy.
- Resolve employee concerns and conflicts, ensure fair and consistent application of company policies.
- Coordinate employee development programs to build and enhance job-related skills and competencies.
- Monitor and support reporting for regional performance management and regional promotion cycles.
- Provide support for disciplinary cases and improvement plans for underperforming employees.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation that align with personal data protection governance.
- Responsible for HR deliverables for the business units and ensuring all the HR initiatives are performed in accordance with HR guidelines and compliance with countries' laws and regulations while balancing the specific needs of business operations.
- Support the Senior HR Regional Manager in collaboration with SEA Regional HR on HR strategies and organisation-wide projects.
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned
