Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee installation, servicing, and maintenance of air-conditioning and refrigeration systems (VRV / VRF, central plants, split units, chillers, cold rooms).
• Manage project planning, scheduling, and coordination with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, NEA guidelines, and MOM workplace standards.
• Supervise and provide technical guidance to engineers, supervisors, and technicians.
• Review and approve technical drawings, equipment specifications, and system designs.
• Troubleshoot complex system issues and recommend cost-effective solutions.
• Manage budgets, resources, and ensure timely project delivery.
