The Opportunity

We're seeking experienced recruitment professionals ready to take control of their earning potential. As an independent Recruitment Consultant with Worq Health, you'll leverage our platform and support to place healthcare professionals with leading organizations—while enjoying complete flexibility and transparency in how you work and earn.

What You'll Do

• Own the full recruitment cycle : Source, screen, interview, and place top healthcare talent with corporate clients
• Build lasting relationships : Act as a strategic partner to both clients and candidates, understanding needs and delivering exceptional matches
• Leverage our technology : Use our proprietary platform to streamline sourcing, candidate management, and placement tracking
• Work independently : Take on as many or as few placements as you want with full control over your workload
