Roles & Responsibilities
Job Scope
- Provisioning and configure devices
- Installation and upgrading of software / patches
- Perform asset management & update asset records
- Setting up / tearing down of computers
- Updating to the latest windows and programs
- Conduct testing all on devices and systems
- Carrying out re-installation (cloning) of desktop images
- May be assigned with other IT related tasks
