9am to 6pm (Mon to Fri) / Hybrid
Salary Range : $2,500 -
$3,500 / month (depends on
experience)
Key
Responsibilities
Issue
invoices, process customer refunds, and manage sales credit
top-ups
Prepare payment vouchers and handle
staff expense claims
Liaise with external
accountant for financial reporting
Input
financial data into accounting systems
Perform
bank reconciliations and prepare account schedules
Generate monthly payslips and assist with payroll
processing
Manage monthly account closing
including trial balance, income statement, and balance
sheet
Maintain organized filing of office
documents
Oversee general office expenses
including supplies, equipment, tenancy, and utilities
Support ad-hoc administrative and finance tasks as
assigned
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related
field
Entry level applicants without related
experience are welcome to apply
Fast learner
with good time management skills
Strong
organizational skills and attention to detail

independently
