Working Hours

Mon – Thu : 8 : 15am – 5 : 45pm (Clinic hours : 8 : 30am – 6 : 00pm)

Fri : 8 : 15am – 5 : 15pm (Clinic hours : 8 : 30am – 5 : 30pm)

(Staff must report 15 mins before clinic opening. Schedule may be adjusted based on operational needs.)

Job Scope

Usher & Patient Journey Facilitator (Cocoon)

Guide and assist Urology patients (EQMS not functional).

Usher patients to the correct service points.

Operate stair climber (backup support).

Traffic Marshal – Level 1 (ENT Entrance, Shuttle Bus Drop-off)

Ensure only ENT & Urology patients alight at Blk B.

Direct Urology patients to Cocoon; redirect others to Main Lobby.

Operate stair climber.
