Our closely knittedfamily is expanding and we are looking for Pharmacists with greatprofessional, clinical and management skills, with a keen interestto manage a retail pharmacy business, to joinus!

Unity Pharmacists go beyond the boundariesof a dispensary. Aside from the professional aspects of dispensingand providing health and wellness for their patients, ourPharmacists are also the MANAGERS ofthe retail pharmacy business. They are involved in ensuring thatthe retail operations run smoothly, control operating costs andmanaging their own P&L. Above all, they are to provide thehighest level of service to our customers. People management isimportant, as they will lead and oversee the Retail Assistants,Supervisors, Retail Executives as well as Pre-registrationPharmacists under their supervision.

Ourpharmacists play a crucial role in our health and wellnessbusiness. They are given opportunities to participate in variousprofessional portfolios and projects. As trained preceptors, theywill mentor and train pre-registration pharmacists, NUSPre-employment Clinical Training (PECT) students, polytechnic andITE interns. They will also be involved in creating trainingprograms on minor ailments, products and retail operations for ourretail staff.

Besides the opportunities toattend accredited courses for continuous profession development, wetake pride in partnering with NTUC Learning Hub in providing otheraccredited training courses. This is to upskill and empower ourPharmacists in the various aspects of managing a retail businessand personal growth.
