About the Company : One of Singapore's most respected A1 Main Contractors, with a strong track record of delivering award-winning HDB, Condominium, and Mixed Development projects. Renowned for their quality, innovation, and reliability, they continue to be a preferred choice for major public and private sector developments.

With a newly awarded HDB project, the company is looking to appoint a capable Senior Project Manager / Project Manager to lead this exciting development from end to end.

Responsibilities :

Lead and manage the full project lifecycle of residential development.
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and quality project delivery
Monitor site progress, cost control, and ensure compliance with safety regulations
Lead project meetings, report progress, and address any issues or delays
Manage and mentor site / project teams to ensure high performance and morale

Requirements :

Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, or related field

Proven experience managing Residential projects in Singapore

Familiar with local construction regulations, contracts, and safety standards
