Job Title : Business Analyst (Workflow)
Duration : 1-year renewable contract
Responsibilities :
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications.
- Support workflow design and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Assist in documenting current and target state workflows using Visio or similar tools.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and support deployment activities.
- Prepare process documentation, training materials, and reports as needed.
- Identify process gaps and propose automation or optimization opportunities.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within banking or financial services.Strong understanding of workflow / process design and documentation.Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio (or other process mapping tools).Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Tell employers what skills you have
