Job descriptionExperience in business planning within logistics or manufacturing industries Liaise between Korean HQ and regional offices in both English and Korean Solid grasp of P&L analysis and KPI-driven performance management Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate insights using data Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting Experience with monthly closing processes using SAP CO module
Roles & Responsibilities
- Support the development of business objectives and performance tracking for Asia-region subsidiaries
- Assist in annual business and budget planning processes
- Design and implement KPI frameworks based on order intake to monitor performance
- Act as a liaison to enhance strategic communication between HQ and regional offices
- Prepare business performance reports and presentation materials for executive use
- Collect and analyze data to inform executive decision-making
- Work cross-functionally to support efficient regional operations
