Vault Operations Officer

Roles & Responsibilities

The Safe House, located in The Reserve, is Singapore's largest privately owned precious metal vault. As part of the Vault Operations Team, you would :

• Manage the logistics of high-value precious metals like gold and silver.
• Build trust with clients by meticulously storing goods, ensuring regular audits are passed.
• Assist clients with our suite of services, like opening a Safe Deposit Box.
• Contribute in a collaborative environment to improving vault operations and workflows.
• Assist in answering queries via phone, e-mail, or video calls, and bring clients on tours in a world class vault.
• Other ad-hoc duties as directed.
