Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description :

• Gather project requirements and specifications from clients, architects, and engineers.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, working from rough drawings and specifications to prepare full-scale and detail drawings of interior designs for presentation to client.
• Update and modify designs based on new information or at the request of a client. To submit multiple versions of a drawing (if required) to the architectural and engineering team or to the client for final approval.
• Liaise with Joinery site superintendent / supervisor on changes and update drawings accordingly
• Prepare cost estimates, contracts, bidding documents and technical reports for specific projects under an architect's supervision.
