Responsibilities
Market Expansion : Develop
overseas markets by establishing and growing local distributors and
sales channels.
Channel
Management : Build and maintain the overseas channel
network, implement partnership strategies and incentive
programs.
Client
Management : Manage relationships with key channel
clients to ensure stable and long-term cooperation.
Market Research : Collect
market intelligence and competitor information in assigned regions
and report to headquarters.
Sales Support : Assist
distributors in achieving sales targets and provide technical
training and sale support.
Exhibitions & Visits :
Participate in international trade shows, overseas business visits,
and other external activities.
Contract Negotiation : Take
part in business negotiations, contract signing, and the
formulation of commercial
terms.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in International
Trade, Marketing, or other relevant
Minimum 2
years of experience in overseas channel development
Fluent in English or Chinese; proficiency in additional
languages is a plus;
Ability to independently
participate in overseas meetings and business
discussions;
Familiar with international B2B
trade processes and cross-cultural communication;
At least 3 years of experience in B2B channel development
or key account management;
Outgoing
personality, strong under pressure, excellent negotiation skills,
and self-motivated;
Willingness to travel
overseas or work abroad.
