Roles & Responsibilities
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for all on-site technical and engineering matters.
- Determines project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving site problems.
- Prepares project status reports.
- Coordinates structural details and design features within the project.
- Flexible and able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensure works are carried out to meet the Company's quality standards and contractual requirements.
- Supervise the M & E works and coordinate with client’s representatives, consultants, and sub-contractors' technical matters.
- Ensure timely and smooth progress of works.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Min Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.Minimum 2 years of working experience in the building construction industry preferably with school / government projects.Proficient in AutoCAD / BIM Modelling.Organized, highly motivated, and independent with excellent team spirit and interpersonal skills.Competitive remuneration package commensurate with qualifications will be offered.
