Roles & Responsibilities
Oung Construction is embarking on a digital transformation journey to improve operational efficiency and enhance employee experience. As IT Project Manager, you will be key in driving this transformation by overseeing the successful implementation of Digitalization projects across different departments and functions. You will be the key liaison between internal stakeholders and external technology vendors, ensuring that business requirements are understood, translated, and delivered effectively.
Scope of Work
Project Management
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of HRM and Project Management systems
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, deliverables, and risk registers
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to scope, budget, and schedule.
Vendor Management
Evaluate, onboard, and manage external software vendors and implementation partnersBe the primary point of contact for vendors, ensuring they deliver according to agreed specificationsGuide vendors on required system changes, process improvements, and customisations.Requirements Gathering & Process Mapping
Collaborate with internal teams (HR, Projects, Operations) to gather user requirements and define workflowsTranslate business needs into technical specifications that align with organizational goals.Testing & Implementation
Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), troubleshoot issues, and ensure quality deliveryOversee data migration and system integration where necessary.Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
Provide regular updates to senior leadership and relevant departmentsConduct training sessions and support change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption.Who You Are
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering or related fieldMinimum 5 years of project management experience, ideally in IT or systems implementationProven experience delivering digital solutions such as ERP, HRIS / HRM, or project management platforms.Technical & Functional Skills
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)Experience working with software vendors or system integratorsFamiliarity with construction or engineering workflows is a plusProficient in tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, JIRA, or other project tracking tools.Soft Skills
