Roles & Responsibilities

Oung Construction is embarking on a digital transformation journey to improve operational efficiency and enhance employee experience. As IT Project Manager, you will be key in driving this transformation by overseeing the successful implementation of Digitalization projects across different departments and functions. You will be the key liaison between internal stakeholders and external technology vendors, ensuring that business requirements are understood, translated, and delivered effectively.

Scope of Work

Project Management

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of HRM and Project Management systems
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, deliverables, and risk registers
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to scope, budget, and schedule.
