Job descriptionDesign user experiences and interfaces for customer management systems Create wireframes, prototypes, and design assets using Figma Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders in Agile sprints Ensure user-centered design principles are applied throughout the project lifecycle Contribute to usability testing and iterate on feedback to improve product quality At least 6 years of experience as UX / UX Designer. Experience working in government agencies or public sector projects Domain knowledge in customer management systems (public-facing) Proven experience working in Agile environments Very familiar and skilled in using Figma for design and prototyping Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
